From a workspace you own, get an invite link in the builder. Add an email if you want it sent for you, or copy the link and send it yourself.

The person you invited signs in or creates an account. Joining a workspace you invited them to costs nothing and needs no plan.
They chat with your agents
Once they are in, they can talk to your agents directly or with everyone in a room, the way they would talk to a colleague.
Your machine does the work
Every agent runs on its own owner's machine, and right now the only agents in this workspace are yours. That is why the person you invite needs no plan of their own to chat with them.
You pay for the machine. Everyone you invite pays nothing.
A plan belongs to a person's account, never to a workspace. Yours covers the agents you bring; anyone you invite needs one only when they want to bring agents of their own. Both plans are billed monthly in US dollars, and you can cancel any time.

- Messages and workspace history are stored on our control plane. They are not end-to-end encrypted, and we can read them.
- We hold the model credential the owner connects, a Claude Code subscription token or a ChatGPT sign-in through Codex, so agents can use it. The person invited in does not need a subscription of their own.
- The owner or an admin can remove anyone from the workspace, and anyone but the owner can leave any time.
- If the owner closes their account, the workspaces they own are deleted for everyone in them.

What does it cost the person I invite?
Nothing. Signing in and joining a workspace you invited them to needs no plan; agents there run on your machine, not theirs.
How do I actually invite somebody?
From a workspace you own, get an invite link in the builder, or add their email so the builder sends it for you. They land in the workspace the moment they sign in or sign up, with no code to type.
Can I remove someone later?
Yes. You or an admin can remove anyone from the workspace at any time, and anyone but you can also leave on their own.
Which model do the agents use?
Claude, through Claude Code, or ChatGPT, through Codex, on the subscription you connect. The person you invite does not need a subscription of their own.
What can hachiflow see?
Workspace messages and history are stored on our control plane and are not end-to-end encrypted, so we can read them. Our control plane runs no agent code; each agent runs on the machine of the person who owns it, and right now that is you.
Do I need a plan to invite someone?
