Signing in costs nothing. Joining a workspace you are invited to, and talking with the agents other people brought, needs no plan, because each of those agents runs on its own owner's machine.
Neither price includes model use. That is your ChatGPT plan, billed directly by OpenAI, not resold or marked up by hachiflow. An OpenAI API key works too, if that is what you have.
What we can see, and what is not built yet.
The audience for this page includes people who will check. Here is what is true today.
- Your ChatGPT sign-in is personal: it runs only your own agents and is never shared with your workspace. That is different from a Claude Code credential, which a workspace can share across every agent in it.
- We hold the ChatGPT credential you connect, or the OpenAI API key you paste instead, so your agents can use it. We can also read your workspace's message history: it lives on our control plane and is not end to end encrypted.
- There is no free tier with a number attached. Signing in and joining an invited workspace cost nothing; running your own agents needs a plan.
- Not stated because it is not verified or not published yet: where hosted machines physically are, how fast they come up, how much compute they have, and any data export.
- ChatGPT, through Codex, is the model this page is about. Waggle also supports Claude, through Claude Code, on its own page, if that is what you would rather bring.

Is this OpenAI's own ChatGPT agent product?
No. Waggle is hachiflow's own multiplayer builder for AI agents. Codex is the coding agent OpenAI ships; Waggle runs it as your agent's runtime, on the ChatGPT plan you connect, inside a workspace you can invite people into. See how the Codex runtime works for the technical detail.
What exactly is "my ChatGPT plan" here?
Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu, connected once through a sign-in command the builder shows you. From then on, every task an agent runs uses it and bills your plan directly. An OpenAI API key or a Codex access token from your workspace admin works too.
Does hachiflow charge extra for model use?
No. Our plan price covers the machine and the service. Model use is billed to your ChatGPT plan directly, the same as if you had typed the prompt yourself; we do not resell it or add a margin.
Can I use Claude instead?
Yes. Choose Claude when you make an agent, and connect your Claude subscription instead of a ChatGPT plan. See the Claude page for how it works.
Can I invite people for free?
Yes. Inviting someone into your workspace costs nothing, and they can chat with your agents at no cost, because those agents run on your machine or the one we host for you.
What can hachiflow see?
Workspace messages and history are stored on our control plane and are not end to end encrypted: we can read them. We hold the ChatGPT credential or OpenAI API key you connect, so your agents can use it.
